Edit an Event

Club or class administrators can edit calendar events for a class.

Club adminstrators can manage class and special event class calendar data from the Class Management Dashboard and Special Event Management Dashboard found in their Club Administrator Tools.

Class adminstrators can manage class calendars directly from their Class Administrator Tools.

Remember that some event information is mandatory as it used to display descriptive information and control event responses elsewhere in Club2Class.

Other fields are optional.


Depending on the type of event you choose, information gets displayed differently in your club and class overview pages on Club2Class. The event type also controls the format and response choices for any event emails you may choose to send.


Automated emails

You can choose to automatically send an email to your class members regarding an event by ticking the Send Auto Email check box. If this box is checked then an email regarding the event is sent to class members the number of days that you specify before the event.

Note: this option will be disabled if an automated email has already been sent for this event. In this case please send a custom event email instead.
