The custom event email function allows you to generate bespoke emails to your class members about specific events. They are distinct from the automated event emails, which are selected when setting up an event.
As with automated emails, custom emails are related to a specific event and the response types are determined by event type (e.g. Sailboat racing; Social event) and other boat metrics (e.g. class of boat, boat owner status).
To generate an email, type your custom text in the box on the left of the page and view how this will look in the custom email display on the right of the page. Here you will also see the event response types that will be shown in your email.
Event responses are collated by Club2Class and can be viewed from the Class Calendar page by clicking on the responses box (). They are also visible to users on the Club event pages.
